Available from IDM Instruments, the new torque tool testers Series ST presents a simple and accurate solution for testing torque screwdrivers, wrenches, and other tools.
Applications exist in manufacturing facilities in virtually every industry. The ST features solid aluminum housing, making it rugged enough for many years of service in production or laboratory use, while a universal receptacle with square drive and grooves accepts common bits and attachments.
The ST captures peak torque in both clockwise and counter clockwise directions, applicable for many types of torque tools. It features selectable units of measurement, with RS-232 and digimatic outputs.
An optional bench mounting bracket is available, as well as three capacities, 12 lbin, 50 lbin, 100 lbin. The accuracy of the torque tester is ±0.5% of full scale ±1 digit, with a sampling rate of 65 readings/sec.
