ICP Electronics Australia has released its first Pentium 4 single board computer, the Rocky-4782E2V. This board features 32MB of Video SDRAM and Dual LAN.
The Rocky-4782E2V supports a Socket-478 Pentium 4 processor with 400MHz system bus, an Intel 845 chipset and up to 2GB of SDRAM designed to meet the needs of demanding applications.
The board features a high performance SiS315 graphics chip with 32MB SDRAM and an AGP 4X 266MHz high bandwidth interface designed to provide high quality 3D imagery.
The built-in 256-bit 3D graphics engine supports up to 2048 x 2048 texture size. In addition, the AGP 4X provides an interface for future applications with DDR DRAM requirements.
The Rocky-4782E2V's built-in ATX power connector, together with the onboard CompactFlash Type II Socket and equipped with either Compact Flash or IBM Microdrive, becomes one of the best solutions for standalone systems.
This single board computer features on-board dual 10/100 Base-T Ethernet, built into the Intel 845 chipset (i82562) & i82559 chip. Giving administrators the ability to perform fault tolerance testing, load balancing and manage the network with efficiency and ease.
The Rocky-4782E2V's I/O features include two RS232 serial ports (16C550 UARTs compatible), one parallel port (SPP/EPP/ECP), four USB ports (1.1 pin header), one IrDA (SIR), one FDD port and two ATA-100 IDE channels.
The Rocky-4782E2V's high performance and rugged features make this board suitable for a range of high-end industrial applications. ICP Electronics 02 9457 6011.
