The IMBA-3600 ATX Motherboard
ICP Electronics Australia  have announced the release of the IMBA-3600AM2, an ATX form factor industrial motherboard with an AMD Socket AM2 Processor and HyperTransport technology supported. The mother board has a built in NVIDIA MCP55Pro (NFP-3600) supporting 28 configurable PCI express lanes.

The IMBA-3600AM2 also supports AMD Athlon 64, Athlon 64 x2, AMD 64 Opteron and AMD Sempron 200/400/600/800/1000MHz processors and four DDR2 DIMM sockets up to 8GB.

This server grade motherboard features 6x SATA II with RAID 0, 1, 0+1, 5, JBOD support, 2x COM, 8x USB2.0, 1x IDE and 2x PS/2. In addition this full function board has onboard Realtek ALC883 HD Audio Codec and a Type I/II compact flash socket.

The IMBA-3600AM2 has one PCIe x16 (x8 single) and five PCIe x4 expansion slots for flexible PCIe applications. The industrial motherboard has an operating temperature of 0°C to 60°C and a software programmable Watchdog Timer, as well as a dual LAN supporting fail over/load balancing.
