ICP Electronics Australia is pleased to announce a brand new product line of media converters from ORing. The IGMC Series offers industrial grade Gigabit connectivity designed to reliably extend the communication distance.
The IGMC-1011FX media converter offers media conversion between 1000Base SX/LX and 10/100/1000Base-T; and the IGMC-1011GP converts 1000Base-FX with SFP socket to 10/100/1000T. The 1000Base-X with SFP socket offers flexibility to choose different SFP fiber transceivers to meet the distance requirements of various applications.
With ORing’s SFP fiber transceiver (SFP1G-ZX70), the IGMC-1011GP could extend the distance between point A and point B up to 70 kilometres at the full transmission speed of 1000Mbps.
The IGMC-1011FX/1011GP media converter also features redundant power inputs (ranging from 12~48 VDC) and a relay output warning alarm on a 6 pin terminal block.
The slim, rugged industrial design of IGMC-1011Fx/1011GP media converters boasts a rigid IP-30 aluminum housing, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +70°C.
