Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries (HSHI) installed another 900-ton Goliath crane, the sixth Goliath crane at HSHI’s No. 2 Dock.
The Goliath crane consists of fixed legs, hinged legs and a girder. The crane will start operating from July this year.
After expansion of the No. 2 Dock is completed, No. 2 Dock, measuring 594m in length, 104m in width and 13m in depth, will have a capacity to 20 Suezmax tankers or Very Large Containerships per year with the support of two 900-ton Goliath cranes.
