Wolpert Wilson offer different ranges of material hardness testing equipment, which are available from Hylec Controls . Whether it is Rockwell, Vickers, Knoop or Brinell, people can be confident the inherent design and construction will eliminate most sources of potential error. Their closed loop system precisely applies test loads and measures displacements without overshoot.
Wolpert Wilson’s Vickers and Brinell Tester are available with 2 optical paths, an analogue eyepiece (STD) or a digital eyepiece (optional) and a CCD Video testing system with level 1-4 Motorised XY stages (optional).
And with all results, an easy to read digital form is presented and all statistical calculations and data analysis are performed automatically. Results and statistics can either be optioned to be printed out directly with basic models or exported via network connection to a remote PC and processed into finished reports.
The new model to be released by Wolpert Wilson is their Universal Hardness Tester the “DIGI-TESTOR” 751N, which incorporates all the precision features of their Rockwell, Brinell and Vickers range into one centralised work centre.
The new user friendly software has 99 different test programmes for all the hardness scales and provides a high degree of automation with limited need to enter parameters, which eliminates errors and results in low training requirements for operator. Conforms to DIN-EN-ISO 6506, 6507, 6508, ASTM and JIS.
