Gorman-Rupp’s new ReliaSource 8×12 above ground packaged sewage pumping lift stations from Hydro Innovations are complete sewage systems, ready for immediate installation and hook up to piping and power. The ReliaSource 8×12 above ground sewage pumping lift stations are provided with an easily removable roof and maintenance access panel on two sides. They also come with a man-door for entry into the station.

Features of the above ground sewage pumping lift stations include:

Super T Series pumps are available in sizes 2" through 8" in duplex arrangements up to 100 HP and in 2" through 4" sizes for triplex pump configurations
Ultra V Series pumps are available in 3", 4" and 6" duplex arrangements up to 100 HP, and in 3" and 4" sizes up to 60 HP for triplex arrangements
Series arrangements with 3" and 4" VS pumps up to 100 HP can also be configured
Flow capacities of the above ground packaged sewage pumping lift stations range from 100 to 2400 GPM and up to 250' TDH
The fiberglass enclosure of the above ground packaged sewage pumping lift stations is manufactured with NidaFusion STO for flexural strength, excellent fatigue and delaminating resistance

Outside, the enclosures of the above ground sewage pumping lift stations are aesthetically pleasing, provided in standard forest green color which blends in with the environment. NidaFusion STO complexes are composed of a sheet of closed-cells foam, covered with a reinforcing fiber layer on each side. These three elements are linked together by fiberglass bridging strands, which go through them obliquely, forming a triangular truss network. NidaFusion STO core is a product of Nida-Core Corp.
