Hydraulic Controls will display its new stainless steel water valve on Stand H1067 during AIMEX 2007 – Asia Pacific’s International Mining Exhibition, to be held at Sydney’s Olympic Park from September 4 to 7, 2007.
The Normally Open Stainless Steel Hydraulic Piloted Water Valve was developed to meet the demand for a normally open valve that worked at water pressures of 240 bar and flows of 120lpm. It had to pilot close and stop cooling water when oil pressure was applied to the pilot port. The valve internal components had to survive the harsh mine water environment.
The valve is also fitted with a bypass valve to allow manual opening. Several versions of stainless steel water valve are available.
