HONDA Power Equipment has introduced one of the most comprehensive warranties available for domestic power equipment users* with the offer of a four-year extended warranty on its extensive range of equipment.
The warranty applies to all CBU (completely built up) products** in Honda's extensive advanced four-stroke range including lawnmowers, brushcutters, generators, pumps, tillers, blowers, hedgecutters, and many others.
According to Honda Power Equipment manager Bob Donaldson, the introduction of an extended warranty affirmed Honda's reputation for quality and reliability.
"All Honda products are manufactured to exacting standards and are able to withstand demanding Australian conditions across a wide variety of applications," Mr Donaldson said.
"Honda's proven performance over the years gives us the confidence to offer such an extensive warranty on our products, and we believe it will be of significant appeal to consumers.
"When people are looking to purchase a lawnmower, brushcutter or other item of power equipment, key considerations are that it will start easily, that messy oil and petrol mixing won't be required as is the case with two-strokes, and that their investment will perform faultlessly for many years to come,” he said.

Honda's four-year extended warranty is effective on purchases made from July 1, 2006. Existing warranties will apply for commercial and industrial applications for all products.
*Not used in income-producing or high frequency applications.
