Hi-Tech Metrology has announced the appointment of Paul Mayberry as metrology services manager, and the addition of Robert O'Flynn as CMM programmer.
Hi-Tech Metrology managing director Ian Martin said that since joining Hi-Tech in 2000 Paul had become a key member of the team.
“Through his total customer commitment he has duly earned the respect of all our clients,” he said.
“Paul's primary focus in his new role will be to consolidate our current services offered such as software support, machine calibrations, preventative maintenance schedules, training courses, etc. and to establish new value added services such as contract inspection both on customer sites and in our new laboratory.”
Mr Martin said Rob O'Flynn was joining the Hi-Tech team at a particularly exciting time.
“As we expand our metrology services, Rob brings with him more than 25 years experience programming CMMs and a wealth of practical knowledge pertinent to quality control in manufacturing.
“With our customers now more than ever keen to draw on our expertise it is vital that we are pro-active in ensuring we have the resources available, our aim is to offer a rapid turnaround on metrology services and excellent equipment availability in our new Contract Inspection facility,” he added.
