The Mastermatic compact fryer, available from Heat and Control , is suitable for catering or food service and can fry a variety of food products including breaded/crumbed chicken, beef and fish pieces, french fries, hash browns, meatballs and patties, pellet snacks, nuts and noodles, canapés or finger foods.
The Mastermatic compact fryer technology used is based similar to industrial frying systems, which make it an efficient frying method that produces a quality end product. The Mastermatic compact fryer is suitable for catering and food service companies. These fryers feature oil preserving technology that is vital for maintaining food that tastes good. Low oil volume provides fast oil turnover for a fresh tasting product and improves the shelf life of the oil. The direct-heating system contains no hot spots, which also improve oil and product quality.
The Mastermatic compact fryer provides a large frying area and requires less floor space. From countertop size to large free standing models, these fryers are self-contained and include operating controls. Each fryer is delivered pre-wired and is ready for operation.
The Mastermatic compact fryer is user friendly. It accurately controls temperature and conveyor speeds to fry a variety of snacks and prepared foods which are controlled by a panel mounted directly to the side of the fryer. Easy-to-remove hoods, lift-out conveyors, and suspended heating elements simplify cleaning.
The Mastermatic compact fryer comes in three model configurations to meet different output requirements:
- Model 350 to 304mm belt width, 0.33 square metres of frying area and electrically heated
- Model 450 to 304mm belt width, 0.42 square metres of frying area and electrically heated
- Model 700 to 508mm belt width, 0.65 square metres of frying area and gas heated
