The Ishida TSC-RS High Performance In-Line Seal Checkers from Heat and Control provide gentle bag handling, accurate leak detection and user-friendly operation.

At speeds up to 150 bags per minute, Ishida's TSC-RS seal checkers can inspect pillow bags up to 123mm thick and up to 330mm wide.

The TSC-RS can operate by itself, along side an Ishida checkweigher for complete quality control, or fully integrated into Ishida's ITPS system.Integration with upstream and downstream equipment centralizes management of system data to optimize production line performance.

The following are some of the characteristics of the TSC-RS seal checkers:

  • Precise Accuracy: pinhole inspection accuracy is 3mm at 150 bags per minute. Bag settling brushes provide gentle agitation to smooth bags before inspection area. Servo motor control allows optimum adjustment of plate pressure on bag, minimizing vibration of the plate, and allowing greater dwell time for superior leak detection accuracy.
  • High speed:inspection speeds can reach up to 150 bpm with optional bag stabilizer unit (patent applied). Unique system smoothly feeds product bags from the packaging machine. Conveyor height can be adjusted by hand crank. A pre-rejector detects and air-ejects improper bags from the line before seal inspection.
  • User-friendly operation:large 12.1'' color RCU touch screen panel. PC based platform (Windows XP). 7 language choices.
  • Easy to clean and maintain:inspection head lifts easily allowing full access for cleaning and maintenance. The cleaning brush, which removes product particles left on the conveyor by damaged bags, easily detaches for cleaning.
