FastBack sizing and separating conveyor

FastBack sizing and separating conveyor, available from Heat and Control , conveys and sorts products by size, or removes unwanted product particles. Tumbling distributes products across a perforated drum for efficient separation by size. Interchangeable drums are available with different openings suitable for fines removal or a variety of sizing/grading/scalping operations.

The FastBack conveyor’s slow-forward fast-back horizontal conveying motion reduces product breakage and eliminates unscheduled cleaning downtime as product coatings do not build up in the conveyor pan. The FastBack sizing and separating conveyor is compact, saves floor space and can be equipped with seasoning application components for versatility.
