Harness Master Wiring Systems introduces a new range of mine specific emergency stops designed to address the shortcomings of currently available E-stops in the market.

Expected to become the new industry standard, the Harness Master mine E-stop was developed in consultation with mining fleet managers in Western Australia who listed out the problems with the existing range of emergency stops including, difficulty to locate in the darkness; lack of robustness; requirement for specialised technicians during replacements; susceptibility to water damage when pressure washed or immersed; industry requirement for large mushroom buttons in many cases; potential for frequent damage; and unsuitability for many everyday applications.

The new Harness Master emergency stops address all these problems with features such as illumination from within by LED on three sides; IP68 rating with all units pressure tested; fully sealed bolt on/off; plug-n-play, mating part numbers DT06-8SA and DT06-8SA-EP06; hi-visibility yellow powder-coated 304 stainless steel construction; 60mm mushroom button; two normally closed and one normally open contacts; and Telmecanique switch gear internally.

Harness Master Wiring Systems provides innovative solutions to the mining, transport, marine and agriculture operations from its Rockingham, WA base.
