Peacock Bros. is a label manufacturer with a broad line of high-quality barcode labels, full colour product labels and tags at our 3 plants located in Melbourne, Sydney and Auckland.
The label manufacturing process begins in our graphics department, where skilled technical artists use the latest computer-aided systems to design labels that match the exact specifications of our customers. Even our plates are produced in house, enabling us to ensure quality throughout the pre-press process.
Peacock Bros. utilizes only the finest label raw materials and the most advanced manufacturing techniques. We purchase mill rolls with pressure-sensitive adhesives, slit to customer specifications, and print all orders on state-of-the-art flexographic, letterpress presses manufacturing labels here in Australia and New Zealand.
These high-speed presses manufacture roll barcode labels, fanfold labels or sheet labels in up to 8 colours, including spectacular four-color process. With over one hundred different combinations of paper and film facestocks coupled with numerous adhesives, we can manufacture a label that is perfect for its intended application including weatherproof, lightfast, laminated, embossed, foils, multipart and variable print data.

Peacock Bros. is a major converter of thermal transfer ribbons for all popular brands of thermal transfer printers. Ricoh being the most popular of ribbons is a major stock item as is our own range of Image ribbons. We have wax, wax/resin, full resin thermal ribbons in black or coloured. Thermal ribbons are available wound face in or face out for conventional or near edge print heads and suit portable, desktop and print/apply barcode labelling systems.
