Cartons and carton packing services supplied by Hand Line


Hand Line  offers carton packing services. This is done by automatic machine and conveyor belt systems. Hand Line also sources various types of cartons for the clients. Hand Line provides bagging services in printed or non printed forms. Hand Line also place products in bags, shrink wrap, cold wrap, flow wrap, seal and heat seal bags for the clients. Hand Line glue various items to brochures, magazines and products using removable latex glue, hot melt glue system and permanent glue. Hand Line has the facilities to store up to 900 pallets at one time.

Additionally, the facilities of Hand Line is authorised to pack dry food items and has automatic high speed shrink wrap facilities. The facilities of Hand Line is equipped with material handling equipment such as cartoning machines, packet wrapping, forklifts, conveyor belt system, electric stapling, etc.

The facilities of Hand Line include 28,000 square foot floor space and integrated stock in / out systems. It also has undercover load / unload facilities and high speed hot melt glue application systems. Some of the services provided by Hand Line include product inspection, inserting, folding, collating, de-collating, labelling, stamping, assembling and more. Hand Line abides by the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
