Welding and cutting systems
ROBOTIC systems engineering and service company Burley Engineering (Stand 1819) will provide information on its range of automated systems welding, cutting, palletising, assembly and coating.
Applications include palletising of a wide range of products; plasma cutting aluminium products such as bull bars and boats; sand blasting; and fettling.
Additional applications include HVOF and plasma spraying in the aeronautical industry; handling components to and from machine centres and injection molding machines; spray painting; and routing refrigerator parts from molded plastic.
Part of the service Burley Engineering provides is the replacement of peripheral devices used in robotic installations and manufactures products such as automatic welding torch cleaners, rotating tables, grippers and crash protectors.
Burley Engineering specialises in the welding of many materials and products from aluminium painters trestles to train bogeys, including specialist applications that use tough sensing and seam tracking.
