Alucobond Architectural announces change to Dibond Colour Finishes

Supplier News

Alucobond Architectural has announced a change to two of the colour finishes for DIBOND, its aluminium composite material.

DIBOND is a lightweight yet durable aluminium composite panel which is used for signage, shop fittings, digital printing, exhibition stand construction, point of sale stands and photo mounting, among others.

Previously in White/Metallic, meaning white on one side and metallic on the other, DIBOND aluminium composite panels will now come in DIBOND White/White panels, which will feature white on both sides, and DIBOND Metallic/Metallic, which will feature metallic on both sides.

The new colour finishes will be available in the entire range of DIBOND sheet sizes and panel thicknesses at Alucobond Architectural and Halifax Vogel Group (HVG) warehouses across Australia by the end of 2009.

“We are committed to responding to customer feedback in order to provide the very best choice of sizes, colours and finishes for each of our products, and the introduction of DIBOND White/White and Metallic/Metallic is further evidence of this commitment,” said Bruce Rayment, CEO, Alucobond Architectural.

DIBOND White/White and Metallic/Metallic join an already existing palette of more than 50 colours and finishes, including other recent additions such as Anthracite Mirror, Gold Mirror, and a new lighter shade of Copper Butlerfinish.

Halifax Vogel Group (HVG) is a privately owned Australian company that acquired Alucobond Architectural in 2007.
