Electrolube, available from HK Wentworth , will be using National Manufacturing Week Exhibition in Sydney, Australia as a platform to introduce its exciting new range of products to the market and show off there full product range. The most recent addition to Electrolube’s portfolio is the new non-VOC conformal coating range. This coating range offers high performance of solvent-based coatings, without the use of VOCs (volatile organic compounds), which is a major environmental concern with companies today, has impressed the manufacturing communities globally and is already one of the Electrolube’s bestselling ranges.
The environmentally friendly non-VOC conformal coating range is designed to protect electronic circuitry from its environment, including moisture, chemicals, vibration, humidity and high temperature. Electrolube has introduced additional products to the range, which have been designed to prevent corrosion, mould growth and current leakage, and are available in aerosol, manual and selective spray, brush and dip applications. Electrolube will also exhibit the ultra-low viscosity, flame retardant epoxy resin, ER2218 and low foam micro-emulsion cleaner, Safewash Total. ER2218 is a two part encapsulation compound, designed to meet the highest level of flame retardency and adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, whilst exhibiting excellent resistance to water and a number of different chemicals, to provide superior protection in a range of environments.
The specially formulated mix of non-flammable solvents in Safewash Total, which form a micro-emulsion when mixed with water, is currently in use by major manufacturers. The product is designed for removing leaded, lead-free and no-clean flux residue on printed circuit boards, as well as the removal of solder pastes and adhesives from screens, stencils, PCB’s and related accessories. It is also suitable for use in dishwasher and in-line pressure wash systems, as well as ultrasonic and spray under immersion applications, providing superior cleaning performance to military and commercial applications.
All of Electrolube and Hakko’s latest products will be on display at National Manufacturing Week in Sydney, Australia stand L165. For further information on Electrolube visit
