Technowrapp Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machinery

  • Technowrapp manufacture high speed, state of the art, automatic ring wrapping machines for wrapping palletised loads with stretch film and a waterproof top sheet
  • The machines are designed to keep film usage to a minimum, while maintaining a complete hermetic sealing of the pallet stack
  • The innovative ring technology rotates the film cartridge around the palletized load, combining smooth horizontal and vertical movements to cover the load, while still maintaining the integrity of the load corners

Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machinery
Technowrapp features include:
  • Up to 130 pallets / hour
  • Film savings of up to 300% by use of features such as electronic pre-stretching of the film
  • Complete cycle consisting of 10 wraps, cut and clamp takes only 20 seconds
  • Hermetic sealing of top and sides of load
  • Easy parameter change controls to accommodate different sized loads
  • Rugged construction
  • Optional auto reel change over
  • Optional pallet lift in wrapping area
  • Optional stretch film splicer
