SIPA of Veneto, Italy, a leader of PET Stretch Blow Moulding Machines for the production of PET bottles will premiere their new ‘Sincro-Tribloc’ machine, an innovative system that incorporates the blowing, labelling and filling / capping of PET containers, at the upcoming Drinktec 2009 exhibition in Munich from September 14-19th.
The integrated Sincro-Tribloc system incorporates 3 machines into one, and is the ideal solution for companies with compact line lay-outs. The system consists of electronically synchronized blocks, which allows the system to be controlled by just one operator. The Sincro-Tribloc contains a SIPA rotary blow moulding machine SFR EVO, an extremely innovative Roll-Adhesive labeller and the reliability and flexibility of the isobaric volumetric filler. The label used is pre-glued during the printing process, thinner films are used, and it is 100% recyclable.
The advantages of the Sincro-Tribloc include:
- Compact design – the ideal solution for small areas
- No air conveyors or bottle conveyors required between the filler and labeller
- Highly efficient labeller ( an innovative blader system and reduced change-over time)
- Hygienic – no need for hot glue and vapours
- Low material and running costs
