A new range of high performance rotary blow moulders has been introduced by SIPA of Veneto, Italy, a global leader of stretch blow moulding machines designed for the production of PET, PLA, OPP and multilayer bottles.
SFR 6 EVO rotary blow moulders are the smallest in the rotary range with 6 blowing cavities. The ultra compact rotary blow moulder can produce up to 13,800 bottles per hour based on the bottle design.
The new rotary PET blow moulders have been developed based on technology from two successful blow moulding machines, the SFL linear blow moulder and the SFR rotary blow moulder, counted among the most reliable systems on the market today.
SFR 6 EVO rotary blow moulders can be integrated with SIPA’s rotary fillers to enable synchronised filling and capping operations in the food processing industry.
SFR 6 EVO rotary blow moulders feature a preform alignment system, facilitating the compactness and allowing the equipment to be shipped as a single unit for quick installation.
A SIPA patented vertical mould opening ensures maximum simplicity of preform/bottle transfer wheels and the lowest peripheral speed in the market.
Handling of the preforms is performed by a technopolymer transport chain with neck-up heating and very simple as well as low speed movements.
The heating oven features superior process flexibility, enabling the production of extremely high quality standard containers as well as hot fill containers of various shapes.
SIPA ARS and ARS-PLUS air recovery systems result in a 50% saving on compressed air and electricity.
SFR 6 EVO rotary blow moulders can be used to produce extremely lightweight and complex containers.
