HBM Packaging and Plastic Technology announces Krauss Maffei (China) Extrusion Technology open day


HBM Plastics and Packaging Technology  has announced that Krauss Maffei Extrusion Technologies China will hold an open day on Wednesday, April 16 prior to the Chinaplas exhibition in Shanghai which will be held on the 17th -20th April.

The Open House will be at the production plant in Jiaxing City, China. The facility is 14,500m², and is situated on an impressive 30,000m² site. The plant was set up mid 2005, so that Asian and Oceania customer needs could be met faster and efficiently.

Guests at the open day will be given a tour through the production facilities and will see various extrusion line systems operating.

There will be a number of technical presentations on the day, and experts will be available to answer questions and to talk personally to guests.

Extruders manufactured at this facility use key components (screws, barrels, transmissions) produced by the parent company, Krauss Maffei Germany.
