Easy Pal pet bottle palletiser

Zecchetti s.r.l of Italy have sold over 150 Easy Pal’s worldwide since the product was launched in 2004.

The Easy Pal concept brings together automation and container handling technology for optimal performance in the high speed, frequent change over environment of today’s bottle manufacturing lines.
 
It is a machine designed to make life easy for the user, hence the name Easy Pal.

Some of the major features include:

  • No change parts – fully automated change over
  • Smaller machine foot-print with higher speed capacity
  • High operational efficiency = 98%
  • Speeds up to 120,000 bph
  • Low level access for maintenance
  • Reduced time for layer formation
  • Intelligent bottle flow control
  • Total bottle control – air conveyor to pallet
  • No layer formation table
  • High efficiency bottle counting for row formation
