Global supplier of stretch blow moulding and filling machines, SIPA of Veneto has installed a Sincro TriBloc machine for a subsidiary of South American drinks giant, Ajegroup at their Bogota plant in Colombia.
Headquartered in Madrid, Spain, the Ajegroup operates in over 20 countries and is a dedicated producer and distributor of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, selling in excess of three billion litres of beverages a year and bottling approximately 50 million packs per day.
SIPA has supplied a number of blow moulding and filling machines to the Ajegroup for installation at their plants in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru and Thailand.
The Sincro TriBloc blow moulding machines incorporate blowing, labelling, filling and capping functions for PET containers. Featuring a very compact footprint, the blow moulding machine suits the needs of the space-constrained Bogota plant. The Sincro Bloc can save up to 55% of space compared to traditional lines.
The Sincro TriBloc machine now processes the Agua Cielo range of non-sparkling mineral water in 500ml and 1.5L PET bottles at speeds of up to 24,000 bottles per hour.
SIPA is represented in Oceania by HBM Packaging & Plastics Technologies .
