Sodium Hypochlorite Injector

A new range of Sodium Hypochlorite Injectors is available from H2O Rx .

Operators of chemical feed systems injecting neat solutions of sodium hypochlorite will appreciate this withdrawable chemical injection quill.

A quick release coupling attaches to the chemical discharge line by way of a tube fitting or hose clamp. This allows operators to separate the chemical feed line from the chemical injector (or lance / quill) without losing prime on metering pumps.

The chemical injector is retractable. Therefore, it can be inserted or removed under pressure. The operator should always use caution when performing this operation.

The elastomeric tip which resists clogging and premature mixing is a standard feature.

All chemically wetted parts are PVC and the check valve spring is Hastelloy.

The unit also incorporates an isolation valve, solution tube adaptor and packing nut, stainless steel safety hook (10 Bar rated), stainless steel restraint system, 3/8" schedule 80 injector (PVC), PVC spring loaded ball check valve, and viton seal.

Also available is a sodium hypochlorite injection assembly with flexible tubing installation, and a sodium hypochlorite injection assembly with hard pipe or tubing installation.
