Tip clogging is problem that occurs when a chemical solution is injected at a low volume, allowing the process water to mix with the chemical before it exits the solution tube.
However, Saf-T-Flo’s new Saf-T-Seal elastomeric tip accessory is well suited to chemicals that are prone to clogging, as the valve automatically opens to positive pressure and closes to negative pressure.
Saf-T-Seal elastomeric tip accessory is an elastomeric tip that can be added to the end of a 3/8" or a 1/2" solution tube.
The addition of a Saf-T-Seal tip to the end of an injector will help resist and/or eliminate the premature mixing conditions and tip clogging.
