H2O Rx releases Blacoh’s High Pressure Pulsation Dampeners

H2O Rx has just released their range of High Pressure Pulsation Dampeners manufactured by Blacoh Fluid Control.


H2O Rx’s SENTRY XP Pulsation Dampener is specifically designed for heavy duty and high-pressure applications up to 275 Bar (4000 PSI). Constructed to a 4 to 1 maximum allowable working pressure safety margin, the XP features a rugged shell construction machined from a solid rod of 316L or plated carbon steel, and is available in 8 to 24 cubic inch volumes.

The XP Pulsation Dampener also features a 6.9 cm (2.75 inch) thick plug top held in place by two 2,068 Bar (30,000 PSI) extra heavy-duty retaining rings designed to withstand shock loads four times the maximum working pressure. Bladders are available in Buna-N, EPDM, and Viton, with other materials available upon special request.

For even more extreme applications, custom manufactured Pulsation Dampeners with up to 378 L (100 gallon) capacities and for pressure ratings up to 1,723 Bar (25,000 PSI) are available through H2O Rx.


Positive Displacement (PD) pumps create pulsation and hydraulic shock due to the reciprocating nature of their stroking action, potentially damaging the entire pumping system.


H2O Rx’s SENTRY Pulsation Dampeners and Surge Suppressors manufactured by Blacoh remove virtually all hydraulic shock, enhancing all-around performance and reliability of fluid flow in industrial and chemical transfer applications.


Positive Displacement pumps include AODD, Lobe, Progressive Cavity, Gear, Diaphragm, Piston, and Peristaltic pumps.

H2O Rx offers a complete line of SENTRY Pulsation Dampeners, Surge Suppressors, and Suction Stabilizers manufactured by Blacoh to eliminate pulsation and surge in municipal and industrial pumping applications. Blacoh's Spill-STOP is a patented spill prevention device for air operated diaphragm pumps. Blacoh’s Sentinel Diaphragm Seals isolate gauges and other pressure instruments from contamination or corrosion from the process fluid.
