Australia has launched a new look website designed for improved user experience.
Presented as a central hub for all pump and application information, the Grundfos Pumps website now features enhanced search functionality, improved selection tools and access to a variety of case studies from around the world.
The redesigned website features a new bold scrolling bar at the top of the page, new branding and more intuitive navigational tools. In addition to improved features, the website retains the popular WebCAPS function, Grundfos’ online computer aided product selection tool and technical catalogue.
The two most significant improvements on the site are the ‘Find Product’ function, which allows users to simply and intelligently search for pumps by specifying an industry and application, and the user-friendly ‘Search’ function, which provides results based on keyword searches.
Grundfos Australia’s new website follows the global rollout of an updated website platform, led by Grundfos Headquarters in Denmark. After the successful launch of the international website in August 2010, which reached 1 million visits in under a year, the new website platform was released to countries all over the world, including Australia.
The new look Grundfos Australia launched in August 2012 has already had 45,000 visits, a 30% increase compared to the same period last year.
According to Evan Roiniotis, Sales & Marketing Director for Grundfos Pumps Australia, their online visitors will now experience a more vibrant and seamless view of the whole Grundfos range of online tools and resources including WebCAPS, online training, navigational tools and campaign pages. The company expects the new site to provide improved functionality for their target audiences, which range from engineers, contractors, authorised dealers and consultants to plumbers and home owners.
