GREAT Engineering is home to the world's most advanced semi-automatic labelling machines, including the BenchMAX and BenchMARK.

The BenchMARK is a high-speed semi-automatic labeller, which provides excellence and simplicity in label application.

The machine is simple to set-up and operate while offering accurate and repeatable label application.

The BenchMARK is also designed to be retrofitted with secondary options and allows for single, front and back, wrap-around and transparent label application.

The BenchMAX is Great Engineering's most advanced and versatile semi-automatic labelling machine. It comes fully optioned with all the enhancements.

With its smart electronics, increased production output and greater versatility in label and container sizes including Jeroboam, the BenchMAX is Great Engineering's most powerful and robust machine.

The BenchMAX offers a fast, accurate result every time due to the speed of recognition by the machine's photo sensor.

The BenchMAX has a home in all industries for round containers, be it for primary production or for small runs, and with a growing call for industry to take control of their labelling needs, the BenchMAX offers a smart solution enabling labelling "on demand" and in real time.

The other positive step Great Engineering has made is the development of an interface capability to allow the use of a thermal printer in conjunction with their applicator (Print and Apply). Together they offer an affordable overprinting option.

Using a master label, overprinting and labelling are synchronised in one pass, which is a bonus for small export runs and test runs.

The improved quality of print means that a stock supply of labels can be bought and all variable information can be overprinted with confidence when required. Now vintage, variety, bar codes, batch numbers, alcohol volume and export compliance information are at a user’s disposal.
