Grahame Machinery in Brisbane is pleased to announce the installation of two new Huarong Machinery injection moulding machines at the Brisbane plant of Tooltech-Ploma.
“Tooltech-Ploma” is one of Brisbane’s most experienced polymer and toolmaking concerns and has a mixture of proprietary products and contract moulding, specialising in larger or more challenging work. They enjoy a reputation for working closely with their customers to produce superior outcomes. Tooltech-Ploma Plastics is undergoing a modernisation program updating injection moulding machines and expanding the use of automation such as robots to ensure their standing within the manufacturing community.
The new injection moulding machines are 420 tonne and 220 tonne capacity and are both fitted with the latest Apex robots and machine control technology. These injection moulders, both full toggle machines, are fast cycling and economical to run and produce high quality products from a very wide range of materials.
Huarong Machinery are based in Taiwan and all of their moulding machines are built in their new ‘state of the art’ factory in Taichung ranging from 80 tonne up to 3000 tonne.
