Gold Peg International have a RotaTherm direct steam injection (DSI) continuous cooking system available for trials at their headquarters in the Melbourne, Victoria. This is where the RotaTherm is designed and manufactured.
The trial system can feed, cook and cool the product. It is a flexible set up that is capable of accurately processing products that have high viscosity or low viscosity, smooth or with particulates, UHT or pasteurised temperatures.
