This compact but high throughput food production system delivers solid production rates up to 1000kg/hour, cooking temperature range up to 145ºC and direct vacuum cooling down to 60ºC.

The RotaTherm's continuous cooking and processing conditions can be adjusted specifically and appropriately for each product to deliver superior product quality with fresher, less processed taste and superior ingredient usage.
Different conditions are achieved by adjusting and accurately controlling RotaTherm processing levers such as the heating profile, pressure in the cooking chamber and amount of shear/ mixing. The levers are also used to manage high and low product viscosities.
