The new Pilot RotaTherm Continuous Cooking System forward feeds and cooks, with options for various cooling setups including flash de-aeration, indirect or in a combination. It delivers a superior end food product on a wide range of products such as baby food, chunky sauces, processed cheese varieties, vegetable purees, dips, pie fillers, pet food and meat
preparations. The new Pilot RotaTherm Continuous Cooking System is designed for food products that can pass through a pump and cook in a single pass.

The new Pilot RotaTherm Continuous Cooking System is suitable for R&D and single shift production with a daily throughput of 800 -1200 kilograms. It has a throughput range of 100-250kg/hr, with a cook temperature range 20 –145°C and vacuum or indirect cooling to 60°C.
The new Pilot RotaTherm Continuous Cooking systems are available globally in configurations for pasteurisation, UHT and Aseptic, with throughput rates from 100 kg/hr to 7,500 kg/hr.
