Gold Peg International is exhibiting its Vacuum De-aeration / Cooling system at FoodPro 08.
The Vacuum Flash Vessel (with Extraction Pump) is used to receive the cooked product from the RotaTherm Continuous Cooker or cooking mechanism to flash cool / de-aerate.
Flash cooling removes heat, moisture and entrained air from the product prior to filling, producing a consistent product density. Advanced density control means reduced overfill requirements.
It decreases cooling and heating costs, and allows for crucial temperature management for downstream equipment.
This Gold Peg equipment also offers benefits including increased productivity through its ability for long runs and low maintenance requirements.
The GoldPeg Inline Disintegrator will also be on stand 3009 at FoodPro 08. It can reduce the particle sizes and increase productivity on the run. The GoldPeg In-line Disintegrator has been designed to reduce ingredient particle size prior to cooking.
In general use, the In-Line Disintegrator is placed after the Product Feed Pump and before the inlet to the RotaTherm Continuous Cooker or the cooking mechanism.
Along with the Vacuum De-aeration / Cooling system, everyone can see the accurate GoldPeg Temperature Probe, Inline disintegrator, the RotaTherm cooker and its inventor Bob Smith at FoodPro 08 on stand 3009.
