The RotaTherm Continuous Cooker will be on show in the UAE / Middle East Region at Gulfood 2009. The RotaTherm is a direct steam injection (DSI) cooking equipment that delivers precise control and consistent product, even for high viscous processed cheese products.

The RotaTherm system is used to cook and process a wide range of food products such as processed cheese, baby food, chunky sauces, purees, dips, pie fillers, pet food etc, basically products that can pass through a pump.
With the RotaTherm Continuous Cooker, ingredients are cooked in a single pass by injecting steam into the product as it is being mixed while moving up the cooking column. This RotaTherm will be on show at Gulfood 2009 in Dubai.
The cooker has flexible process set-up so users can control the work the product receives. It also has a unique pause capability, targets burn on, manages particulates, improves yield / productivity and has a small foot print. The RotaTherm’s accurate cooking achieves high levels of bacteriological food safety.
