GOLD Peg’s RotaTherm continuous cooker stirred interest and generated productive leads at IFFA, the leading trade fair for the meat-processing industry, held recently in Germany.
The fusion RotaTherm continuous cooker had potential clients lining up to speak about their application with Gold Peg International (GPI) general manager Alastair Sorley.
For Gold Peg, the designers of the cooker, IFFA signified a successful launch of GPI's European agency agreement with Berief Innovativ, Germany.
Doris Schnyder, of the German-Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, attended the stand showing her support of the cross hemisphere mission.
The Berief Innovativ hosted stand featured a RotaTherm continuous cooker that was flown from Australia specifically for IFFA.
As a result of stand visitors, GPI and Berief are conducting further discussions in application enquiries from pie filling through to sausage varieties.
Beyond meat, IFFA proved fortuitous in generating leads in areas ranging from juices, particulates, and cream sauces, through to pharmaceuticals.
The benefits and flexibility of the RotaTherm cooker technology, along with the invaluable support of GPI food technology expertise, are being embraced in the European market.
Sorley, and Theodor W. Berief (MD of Berief Innovative), were pleased with the match of the RotaTherm technology with Berief's philosophy of innovation and expert sales network.
During IFFA, Berief exhibited the depth and breadth of its agency strength. Representatives of the Berief network attended from Denmark and Spain, and across to Eastern Europe.
From the positive response to cooker, GPI optimistic about the future prospects of its agency with Berief Innovativ in the European market.
