Punch Brake Bending Tools

Punch Brake Bending Tools
Global Tools and Machines supply a large range of Punches, Vee dies, Adaptors and Clamps to suit most types of Press Brake machines.

Tooling is available to suit all mounting tangs. As well as standard tools, specials can be manufactured.

Applications for Punch Brake Tools
The European Style tooling suits the following Press Brake Machines:
  • Wilson® Style, Nissimbo and Ajial-Axial
  • Ermaksan, Hurco and Colly
  • LVD, Wila, Trumpf® Style and Baycal
  • Gasparini, Haco, Colgar and Adira
  • Amada®, Ferrari®, Promecam Style
  • Beyeler-Bystronic, Guifil and Mecos
Global Tools and Machines can also supply Multi Purpose adaptors to suit all makes and models of Press Brake machines.

Solid Urethane Dies are available for scratch free bending. These dies are the same shape and cross section as conventional steel dies.

Brake Film Rolls from Global Tools and Machines
To aid in the prevention of marking material with your existing steel dies, Global Tools and Machines offer Brake Film Rolls.

This is a thin (only 0.38mm thick) urethane strip which is placed directly over the V opening of the steel die.

This is ideally suited for mark free bends when bending stainless steel, aluminium and painted materials.
