The Techniflo sealless mag drive centrifugal pump from All Pumps Supplies achieves high value in use with the aid of hot corrosive liquid/acid-resistant components of DuPont Tefzel ETFE.

The Techniflo centrifugal pump's ductile iron casing is lined with a minimum 3mm of unreinforced Tefzel, while it's impeller and the body of it's containment shell are injection moulded from a carbon-fibre-reinforced grade of Tefzel. A pressure-resistant outer housing for the containment shell of the Techniflo centrifugal pump is made of a composite based on DuPont Kevlar fibre.

The most distinctive feature of this heavy-duty centrifugal pump however, is the patented one-piece, thrust balanced, impeller assembly. The thrust balancing system eliminates axial bearing problems associated with low-suction-pressure operation, cavitation conditions or when pumping volatile liquids.

This innovative design is hermetically sealed to provide leak-free pumping of hot corrosive liquids and acids, as a high-strength, magnetically driven impeller eliminates the need for a mechanical seal.

Techniflo sealless mag drive centrifugal pumps are engineered for continuous duty, and meet both ANSI and ISO dimensions with a rugged close- or long-couple design.

Power consumption for these centrifugal pumps range from 0.7 to 56 kW, flows to 5678 L/min, and heads to 152 m.

Techniflo sealless mag drive centrifugal pumps are ideal for applications within the chemical, pharmaceutical, electronic, mining and steel processing industries, such as feeding reactors, tank to tank hot corrosive liquid transfers, or unloading trucks and rail cars.
