GLOBAL Cold Chain Solutions has released the Junior data logger, with a food-grade probe for high temperatures. It monitors hot food in transit quickly and accurately.

Readings can be obtained at regular intervals, then downloaded and stored via PC for a permanent record. The logger can be used to track cool down time of foods as part of HACCP procedures. Disconnect the probe and place in the fridge or cool room to take temperature readings.

Audible alarms can be set, allowing immediate corrective action.

It has an external probe temperature range -2ºC to 100ºC while the internal sensor has a range from -40ºC to 70ºC. The sensor is detachable and is available with 1m, 2m and 3m leads.
