The Fill-Air Rapid Fill system available from Get Packed is a quick and efficient way of creating a lightweight protection for packages and efficient void fill, whilst reducing material and shipping costs.
The Fill-Air Rapid Fill system workis by attaching a roll of specifically formulated, continuous plastic perforated tubes onto the Fill-Air Machine, which then inflates each tube and creates a chain of air-filled tubes. The Fill-Air Rapid Fill system is ideally suited to workstations or on-line applications where the chain of air-filled tubes can be put directly into the boxes surrounding the item being packaged, or void filling.
A range of Fill-Air systems are available from Get Packed that can produce from 100 packs per day through to 5000 packs per day. Numerous sizes of Fill-Air bags are also available.
