Plastic hand strapping, available from Get Packed , is used to seal boxes or articles together, or as an added security measure to prevent tampering. It is available in a range of widths: 12mm, 15mm and 19mm and comes in rolls of 1000m in a convenient dispenser box.
The 15mm and 19mm plastic hand strapping comes in a heavy duty band which has a much higher breaking strain (400kg B.S). Plastic hand strapping is used in conjunction with the appropriate seals and buckles for each width of plastic strap as well as a crimper that crimps the seal together which are also available from Get Packed.
For added strength the plastic strapping is embossed to prevent the slipping of seals and buckles. Get Packed also supplies plastic machine strapping which is used with strapping machines.
