Get Packed has launched the new GPSAS28, a side seal semi automatic strapping machine, which allows items to be strapped from the side. The items to be strapped are placed on an adjustable work table which can be moved up or down to suit requirements.
The GPSAS28 semi automatic strapping machine side seal model has high environment adaptability, which ensures that moisture or splinters from timber do not drop onto the sealing head. This is perfect for low temperature conditions and therefore is widely used in the frozen food industry, and the timber industry which need to strap together bundles of various timber products where splinters can be a problem.
The GPSAS28 semi automatic side seal strapping machine is simple to use and straps at a quick speed with high efficiency. The item to be strapped has to be placed onto the table, after which the strap should be fed into the strapping head, which then hits a trigger, pulls the strap back in reverse, tensions, heat seals and cuts the strap. Then it feeds the next piece of strap ready for the next item to be strapped.
The GPSAS28 semi automatic strapping machine uses polypropylene strapping in 12mm x 3000m rolls which is an industry standard and also available from Get Packed.
