Access equipment specialist Genie Australia has released a new iPhone App that aims to add value to customers’ experience while doing business with the company.

The new Genie Go App is available on the iTunes App Store.

The Genie iPhone is presented as a dashboard with multiple icons to access various features and functions. Additional icons will be activated as new features are added to the App. The simple user interface supports multiple upgrades in the future.

Machine trade-in valuation

The machine trade-in valuation module in the Genie Go App will allow the user to generate an estimated trade-in valuation on the spot for the customer by answering a short questionnaire regarding the second-hand machine.

Finding the right Genie machine

The App can specify the most appropriate Genie machine for a specific job using the information provided by the customer in a simple fill-in form. After considering basic metrics such as access limited, height restrictions, turning space limited and ground on an angle, the App will recommend the most appropriate Genie machine. Recommendations will also link them to the specification sheets of the machine.

Catalogue, specification sheets and user manuals

This module connects to the Genie Products Module online to draw out all product categories and products. Once the product is selected, the catalogues, spec sheets and user manuals will be presented.
