Display Units for Sensor Systems
The universal display unit, GEMÜ 1275, can be used in the field of machine and plant construction and in laboratory and processing systems.
A display of up to 4 1/2-digits shows the various measurement values (pressure, temperature, flow). Versions ZP, ZT and ZF can be programmed via a keyboard at the front.
Pressure Measurement Systems
The GEMÜ 3120 is available in various different versions for the pressure measurement system area. The devices are available as pressure transducers, differential pressure transducers and differential pressure measurement devices.

Flow Measurement Systems
GEMÜ offers various function principles for the area of flow measurement systems:
- Flowmeters according to the variable area principle for the measurement ranges from 2-20,000 l/h, suitable for the attachment of limit switches, instrument sensors and reed contacts to detect measurement values and to transmit them.
- Flow transmitters can be used both as pure measurement turbines and as totalizers or batch controllers for measurement ranges from 0.3 – 25,000 l/h. The measurement turbines provide various electrical output signals for further processing.
- A magnetically inductive flowmeter (MID) completes the product range. It can be used for nominal sizes of DN 25 – 300 and be set precisely to the respective application conditions using its electronics. Interfaces such as R232 and Profibus-DP enable uncomplicated integration in fully automated plant control systems.
Level Measurement Systems
GEMÜ provides a well balanced product range of level measurement systems for recording measurement values and system automation. The LevelLine line of products which we supply is a compact modular system for the most varied of application areas.
As well as various function principles, several attachment and installation variants can be selected. Level controllers in various designs make integration in plant automation easy.
Function principles - Level switches with a float, ultrasonic (contactless), vibration, capacitance, optical level switches
Installation variants - Individual installation using unions, clamps or flanges, single point level switch system, multiple level switch system, installation in the stand pipe
Temperature Measurement Systems
The GEMÜ 3220 is available as a temperature transducer and a temperature measurement system with an integrated display. Measurements are made by a PT100 temperature sensor.
