Gemu Australia stocks a range of industrial metal diaphragm valves suitable for pure or contaminated liquids and gases and both corrosive and inert material. Built from a range of materials such as brass, cast steel, cast iron, S.G. iron, and stainless steel.
Able to operate in temperatures ranging from -10 to 180°C, Gemu’s industrial metal diaphragm valves offer a number of linings including soft and hard rubber, PFA, glass, Halar, PVDF and PP. Other linings are available upon request. Plastic linings are axially fixed into the inner tube. This lowers the risk of stress damage in the event of thermal expansion.
The metal diaphragm valves come with a range of connection options featuring threaded sockets, threaded spigots, flanges, clamps and union ends and butt-weld spigots. DIN, ANSI, BS and JIS standards are all supported. Seals are available in CSM (Hypalon), CR (neoprene), NBR (Perbunan), FPM (fluorine rubber), IIR (butyl), EPDM, EPDM/PTFE (laminated and loose, convex and concave).
Gemu metal diaphragm valves are able to be operated manually, hydraulically, pneumatically or motorised. Stainless steel bodies are able to be electropolished and feature a surface finish down to 0.25 µm.
