Gemu Australia presents a new range of sampling bottle systems with sterilisable and autoclave-capable advantages.

Easy to sterilise and autoclave-capable, GEMÜ’s mobile bottle systems are suitable for contamination-free sampling and transport of samples to the laboratory or quality assurance station.

To ensure increased safety for the sampling of liquids from sterile and hygienic processes, the sterilisable sampling bottle systems feature valve block systems with an EHEDG-certified diaphragm sealing system.

The valve bodies enable five functions including use of pneumatic and/or manual operators, a sampling connection and CIP/SIP inlet, bottle filling, a CIP/SIP outlet, and a vent hole as standard. Due to the design flexibility of GEMÜ block systems, these functions can be offered with different geometries. Other functions can also be integrated on request.

The valve body itself is made of stainless steel while the bottle material is either glass or stainless steel. The bottles can be provided by the customer or supplied with the product as an overall package. GEMÜ offers FDA-compliant PTFE, EPDM and FEP for the sealing material with other materials available on request.

GEMÜ is one of the world's leading manufacturers of valves, and measurement and control systems.
