Gemu Australia has extended its range of diaphragm valves in the GEMÜ 673 series with a new specially sealed version.
Based on the GEMÜ 601, 612 and
673 basic types to suit specific customer requirements, the new GEMÜ 673P9
version will now extend the current range of diaphragm valves.
Available in nominal sizes DN 8 to DN 50, the manually operated valve has an additional seal provided by silicone O-rings, which seal the interior of the bonnet housing from the outside, preventing the lubricant normally used for lubricating the spindle from leaking during autoclaving. The seal also prevents moisture and dirt from entering the bonnet.
The GEMÜ 673P9 diaphragm valve is autoclave-capable and sterilisable, as well as CIP/SIP capable. Key features of the valve also include an integrated standard seal adjuster and optical position indicator; and a compact design allowing the valve bonnets to be used on multi-port valve blocks and tank valves.
