GRA offers a range of regular supply chain training and education services covering (amongst others) subjects such as demand management, inventory planning, replenishment planning, and performance management. In addition to these regular supply chain training courses, GRA also authors and delivers the 'Managing Supply Chain Inventory' and the 'Network Modelling and Optimisation' courses within Monash University’s Supply Chain and Logistics Masters Program in the School of Business and Economics.
At the same time, GRA also sponsors and participates in Monash University’s Supply Chain Management Executive Development Program and the University of Melbourne's Supply Chain Management Executive Development Program, guest lectures in other Monash supply chain courses, runs a Forecasting and Inventory Management Course in Singapore and Thailand as part of the Asia Business Forum, and is a frequent presenter at various industry events.
The Demand, Inventory and Supply Chain Management Course is delivered as part of Monash University’s Department of Business and Economics, Master of Marketing (Logistics management) and it is conducted by GRA staff. The lecture program introduces the key elements of Demand, Inventory and Supply Management and it details the different techniques employed for planning and managing inventories. Several practical simulations, role-plays and exercises are employed to provide participants with the base knowledge to apply these concepts within their own organisations.
