GRA congratulate their client Super Cheap Auto on winning the prestigious Australia's Best Platinum Award For Supply Chain Excellence.
Super Cheap Auto’s General Manager of Group Logistics, Graham Chad, was interviewed for Australia’s Best magazine about the company’s supply chain strategy and achievements. In it, he says: “Enhanced stock flow has ensured less ‘out of stocks’ in store for our customers, facilitating higher stock turnover. It has also helped to reduce costs in a uniquely inflationary and higher cost environment, for example the impact of rising fuel costs, and has allowed us to effectively handle promotion-driven retail stock flow at an overall lower cost. All of this means we can identify and launch innovative value products and concepts quicker than competitors, while maintaining the relevance of our core range.”
